AKOHAM plans to take care of the Old and Poor with following objectives,
Orphanage for economically Poor, Downtrodden,
Weaker Section Orphan Children irrespective of Caste and Creed.
Shelter Home for the Old/Aged, suffering
masses and lonely Widows.
Physically Handicapped and mentally challenged persons.
Old age homes are meant for senior citizens who are
unable to stay with their families or are destitute. These old age homes have
special medical facilities for senior citizens such as mobile health care
systems, ambulances, nurses and provision of well-balanced meals.
Orphanage
AKOHAM along with providing facilities to the senior citizens also facilitates orphaned kids who have been abandoned by their family or have survived natural calamities and are in need for shelter. Rehabilitation for these destitute is supported by the Gurukul and healthcare facilities available within the campus. Further to housing, educating and training the children AKOHAM will also extend adoption facilities to provide the kids a better home for tomorrow.
AKOHAM wants to provide a real and loving home for needy children and to assist them in accordance with their right to live and grow up to be free, healthy, and independent individuals who won’t be exploited in the future with following objectives,
To provide children with healthy and hygienic shelter.
To provide children with clean and neat clothing.
To provide children the scope for physical development through nutritious food, sports, and games.
To provide children qualitative education.
To provide children spiritual development through regular prayer, meditation and yoga.
